CREDIT CARD

In case you choose to make your purchases with a credit, debit or prepaid (prepaid) card, your transactions will be completed in the strictly controlled and secure environment of the National Bank's websites, in order to protect the confidentiality of your data. Our online store thepantry.gr does not store or use your card details. To make the payment, simply fill in the necessary information when prompted when you log in to the cashier. If your card is rejected by our system, please verify the accuracy of the information you have submitted. The name and address must be the same as that of the credit card holder. If the problem persists please contact the issuer of your card.

Paypal

PayPal is an online money transfer service. It is used worldwide and ensures the absolute security of your transactions via the internet. A PayPal account can be funded online with credit from a bank account or credit card. The transaction process is done quickly and safely.

To make your purchases through Paypal you will need to create a personal Paypal account. If you already have an account, log in to complete your transaction. If you do not have an account, you can create one or choose one of the other payment methods.

Cash on Delivery

The COD service is valid for deliveries within Greece. If you wish to make your purchases with cash, you can place your order online. We will take care of the delivery of your purchases to the address that you will specify. Delivery is made by the cooperating company HELLENIC AIOLOS COURIER, to whose employee you will give the money for your purchases. Cash on delivery costs € 1.50 and shipping € 4 for orders under € 50. For purchases that exceed 49.99 euros, shipping costs and cash on delivery are FREE.

Thepantry.gr gives you the opportunity to choose any address you wish for delivery, in addition to the address to which the charge is made. (so you can easily make gifts and surprises to your loved ones). If you are a new customer we may call you upon your first order to identify your personal details as well as the shipping details of the order.

BANK TRANSFER

If you wish, you can deposit the amount for your purchases in one of the following partner bank accounts. Shipping of your order will start from the moment the deposit is confirmed:

You must state your name on your deposit. In the reason for deposit, you need to mention the code of your order. Once you have made the deposit, please send us the receipt of the deposit or the receipt provided by the e-banking service to [email protected].

Please make sure that the name that will be mentioned on the bank deposit receipt is the same as the one you mentioned in the electronic form of your order. The start of the shipment may have a slight delay due to the delay of the appearance of the amount in the Bank account.

CASH IN THE STORE

By placing your order with the option of picking up from the store, your order remains available for 5 days in our store and you can pick it up by paying in cash.
